By accessing and using VIBE ("the App"), operated by Rocket Digital Limited ("Company", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

VIBE is an AI video generator app that uses advanced machine learning models including Google Veo 3.1, Sora 2, Kling 3.0, Seedance 2.0, WAN 2.6, and others to convert text prompts and images into video sequences.

3. User Conduct

You agree not to use the App to generate content that is:

• Illegal, harmful, or promotes discrimination, violence, or illegal acts.
• Infringes upon the intellectual property or copyright of third parties.
• Considered deepfakes intended to mislead or harm individuals.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Some features of the App are offered via a paid subscription. All subscriptions and in-app purchases are securely processed through RevenueCat. We do not store your credit card information on our servers.
